Once again, Marko Milosevic not only helped us find the perfect car, but was very thorough in showing us the differences in this car versus our 2018 GLC 300 and how to operate them. We had an appointment perfect car, but was very thorough in showing us the differences in this car versus our 2018 GLC 300 and how to operate them. We had an appointment with him and he was available as soon as we arrived at the dealership. This is the 6th or 7th Mercedes we have purchased from this dealership and have always been treated with the professional courtesy one would expect from a luxury dealership. Although not involved with the purchase of this vehicle Carlos Trevino, our service advisor for most of our autos for many years is one of the primary reasons we continue to use this dealership rather than the one closer to our home, so I have added him as one of the employees we worked with.
