I took my EV in for a recall which the letter said the vehicle could catch fire while driving or parked! When I called and set the appt with Jason Fleet I was told I could get a loaner car if it took over vehicle could catch fire while driving or parked! When I called and set the appt with Jason Fleet I was told I could get a loaner car if it took over an hour. Upon arrival I waited 15 minutes, the service advisor, Iziah,approached chewing on food. I asked did I interrupt his lunch and he said no he was on a break. Very unprofessional! When I was told they did not know how long it would take they had a loaner but I need to pay $150. This was not discussed with Jason. I requested to use two credit cards and was told they could not accept two cards and I asked for the manager but never saw him who happened to be Jason. MB North allowed me to leave in a car that was deemed very dangerous. I've purchased/leased 4 Mercedes from MB North and never will I ever go back to this dealership. I called up another MB dealership, took my car in and in 20 minutes the recall item had been repaired. Over the years I've witnessed Mercedes Benz North change from being a great dealership to one of unprofessionalism, constant change in employees, and management. The dealership, atmosphere and staff were awesome and worth the experience especially having Vernise Hunter as the sales person. She is hands down the best car sales person we have ever dealt with. She never once pressured us and made sure we enjoyed the buying experience. She made herself available for every test drive and was a wealth of knowledge when it came time to explain features, price, vehicle choice and all they offered. She is a great sales person, we changed our minds a couple of times, but once we decided on what we wanted, she found options at her location and their other locations. Purchased a used vehicle. Female Buyers Beware!! they just want to move a unit off the lot. When I was expressing about the details and what needed to be fixed on the car, I was made to feel very uncomfortable. “Ma’am this is a used vehicle”. Purchased car 2 weeks ago and I am still riding around with a hole in front bumper waiting on part to come in (UNACCEPTABLE), this is a 2-year-old Mercedes-Benz that looks like it should be scrapped. Tried to communicate before the 250-mile max that I wanted to swap for another vehicle, but I was talked over, and “gaslit". Now, I must keep a car that I don't want. Will trade as soon as I am able, but WILL NOT purchase another Mercedes-Benz especially from Houston North (first and last one) The first time I went to test drive a car at North Houston Mercedes; I was left in waiting area for 45 minutes after test drive while my salesperson worked with another customer! I left the dealership feeling mishandled. Unfortunately, I returned the next week and purchased. As of July 31st. I should never have been able to take possession of my vehicle with the dents/scratches on the car. I was promised it would fix so I agreed. I did not see the missing part on the front of the vehicle until the next day. I mentioned all my concerns and was told it would be fix. As of July 31st, the dents are fix (thank you). I had to schedule with service myself to get the scratches buffed out and it should be done today, August 1st. Still waiting on part for front bumper. I am embarrassed to drive car around because it does not reflect the Mercedes brand. More
