they charge you a dealer prep but fail the simplest task checking the air in the tires oh and they sold me a car with an Evap check engine light... took 4 attempts to finally get it fixed this very concerti checking the air in the tires oh and they sold me a car with an Evap check engine light... took 4 attempts to finally get it fixed this very concerting as during the test drive the salesman was sitting next to me and viewed it they never fixed the issue but all they did was illegally clear the code... 3 more additional trip they finally figured it out.. salesman told me it was a loose gas cap issue there is no gas cap when I picked it up I asked what it was and the salesman repeated it was a gas cap issue When the code came back about 60 miles latter I had the code read and it was not the gas cap and I paid for dealer prep what it really is another excuse for a money grab More

We reached for service at 2:20 pm. We pulled our car in for service.. A gentleman approached us. He said he will do his best to get A service. My GLC 300 2017 had 40000 miles you should get B service I mentioned to me at 35 K I had got 50 K Service… he checked in for A service. I requested him for Car wash he said we are hand washing may take an extra 1/2 hour I was very pleased with him . More
