She was a pleasure to work with and I will happily refer friends and family to her. The finance rep greeted us warmly making small talk until we declined the extended warranties offered. At that point, he bordered on being rude and could not get us out of his office fast enough. Somehow the second key to the vehicle I purchased went missing after being signed out by the finance rep. I was assured it would turn up and that I could return to pick it up once found. I was quickly notified within a day that it had been found so I returned to the dealer to pick it up. I was told by the receptionist that the sales team was in a meeting but I could sit and wait. REALLY?!? I was already inconvenienced in returning and now they wanted me to sit and wait for my missing key?!? I was also surprised that service recovery was not utilized by such a legendary brand as Mercedes-Benz. I work for a leading company in legendary service and utilize service recovery on a daily basis to ensure our clients have the best possible experience. More

I found the car I wanted on Car Gurus which brought This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from the fine folks at Mercedes Benz of Hanover. I found the car I wanted on Car Gurus which brought me to Hanover. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. My salesperson Katie called me before I drove down to let me know she would be meeting with me, and personally handling my sale. Katie was a pleasure to deal with. She said she was the new kid but ypu wouldn't know it. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Katie introduced me to some other very pleasant and extremely helpful folks that would be assisting with my car purchase. The finance specialist Murdock "Mac" MacRAE took over when it was time to talk money. Mac was tremendous at explaining everything in great detail and took me through all the options available. Car buying is usually a stressful experience, but my experience at Prime Mercedes of Hanover was terrific! Thanks Katie & Mac! More
