Fantastic Car buying experience This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from the fine folks at Mercedes Benz of Hanover. I found the car I wanted on Car Gurus which brought me to Hanover. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. My salesperson Katie called me before I drove down to let me know she would be meeting with me, and personally handling my sale. Katie was a pleasure to deal with. She said she was the new kid but ypu wouldn't know it. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Katie introduced me to some other very pleasant and extremely helpful folks that would be assisting with my car purchase. The finance specialist Murdock "Mac" MacRAE took over when it was time to talk money. Mac was tremendous at explaining everything in great detail and took me through all the options available. Car buying is usually a stressful experience, but my experience at Prime Mercedes of Hanover was terrific! Thanks Katie & Mac! More

Changing light on exterior door I was told my apt was suppose to be 20 minutes when I made the apt and when I arrived. However my car was taken at 8:55am and I was still waiting for I was told my apt was suppose to be 20 minutes when I made the apt and when I arrived. However my car was taken at 8:55am and I was still waiting for my car 11:30am. I was told it would be an additional 30 minutes and given a loaner which I took for 30 min to do an errand. I think I should have been offered a loaner at 10am the latest seeing that it looked like a team meeting was happening on the repair floor. The second service advisor Vincent was very nice but I wish the first advisor checked up on me again. He did come over to tell me my car would be ready in bit at 10am but then I didn’t see him again. This is my third lease with Prime and have been satisfied for many years but just hope this can be avoided moving forward. The customer’s time is just as valuable as yours:) More

Poor follow up Car went in for simple service. I mentioned the car slow to start up, a day after being there I followed up to find out my consultant was off for the Car went in for simple service. I mentioned the car slow to start up, a day after being there I followed up to find out my consultant was off for the day. A day later they called and told me I needed a part and it’d be ready the next morning. Two days later, after I followed up again I told them I had to have the car back . 4pm 5 full days after dropping it, my car was ready. I picked it up- it hadn’t been vacuumed or washed and it was a $2000.00 service repair bill . Stay clear the service follow up and lack of everything/anything they tell you you will get when. Buying a Mercedes doesn’t happen at this dealership More

Called finance Manager to discuss getting money off lease payment since I am Paying for things that don’t work. Never heard back. Also when you call the 781# for the Hanover dealership if the receptionist doesn’t answer it rings and rings. They o schedule an appointment again to Find out there was fix to the technology problem. I would lookmercedes would proactively call customers effected at least me since I tried to Make an appointment for this reason. My experience as a bmw customer for 10 years was never like this. I do want to add that Vincent was wonderful today but I was just already frustrated with this overall situation. Vincent sold a manager my aggravation’s . One would think being a Mercedes dealership a manager would have cane over to see me when o picked up my car especially with my lease coming due soon. I have loved driving nice cars for the car and the service. Lately I am feeling like you are delivering Kia service at a high level again not Vincent he is wonderful. More
