Best service Dan, my service director, was was one of the best service person that I have ever worked with. I was in a tough situation where my E350 transmission h Dan, my service director, was was one of the best service person that I have ever worked with. I was in a tough situation where my E350 transmission has only 2nd gear and reverse and it was off shore I shipped it to the HYANNIS port where it was towed Thursday evening to Hanover. Dan called me first thing friday morning and again in the afternoon with the test results and had it repaired by Monday. He had it shuttled to HYANNIS were I could secure the car. Dan spent extra time to obtain my credit from MB USA. Thank you Dan and your service team. More

The problems were correctly diagnosed within 2 hours of arrival, needed parts were acquired by overnight delivery and All installed and ready to go by noon the second day. Service department needs to get it together Upon arrival I was greeted as usual. I was taken right in to do some paperwork then was told to wait in the waiting area and would be called when the Upon arrival I was greeted as usual. I was taken right in to do some paperwork then was told to wait in the waiting area and would be called when the car was done. The ‘a service’ was done quickly ($300). They washed my car and vacuumed it. As I was driving home I kept hearing a rattling under the hood. When I got to my house I noticed the engine cover wasn’t even attached and the metal clip to hold it was sitting on the bottom of the engine compartment. I feel like they just didn’t want to deal with it . Also the engine bay was filthy with drips of oil? On the loose engine cover. Also everyone else in the dealership were rude and had a ‘unfriendly’ attitude. No, ‘hi, how are you’ from anyone . And when it came time to pay, the cashier had a ‘cold’ personality. This was hands down my worst experience with any Mercedes dealership so far. Shame on you for charging an arm and a leg for EVERYTHING and not training your employees to be friendly More
