The best service ever A few weeks ago, I hit a massive but well hidden pothole driving on the highway. This caused a bubble to form on the outside front right Pirelli Pzero A few weeks ago, I hit a massive but well hidden pothole driving on the highway. This caused a bubble to form on the outside front right Pirelli Pzero Rosso which was nearly new. I was also unsure if the amg wheels had been damaged by the impact. Molly Doyle and the technician working on my car, who was also very helpful ( I didn’t get his name ) showed me the damage and assured me they would take care of everything, and they did. It was my pleasure having them working on my car. It now drives straight and true and more smoothly than it ever has. I am so happy that Molly Doyle and her crew at Prime Mercedes of Hanover worked on my SL55 amg and got me going in such short time that I would never go anywhere else. They vacuumed and shined the car inside and out, without even mentioning that. My complements to CEO David Rosenberg and Prime Mercedes of Hanover for hiring and keeping such hard working and great employees. They all represent the best of a great car dealership. Maintenance I brought my ML 350 in for an early 50000 mile checkup (@44k) because I was leaving on a lengthy road trip. The service advisor explained everything that would be done and assured me that the car would provide me with a safe and comfortable trip. He advised that the service may be lengthy in time and when I mentioned going out for lunch, he offered a ride to the restaurant. I didn’t need one but was grateful for the offer since it was pouring rain that day. More

F The Takata recall was badly done - but that was not MB Hanover's doing. Couldn't be more pleased with this airbag replacement experience at Hanover. Free pick up and return of my car at my home on Cape Cod was exactly on the schedule promised. New MB loaner was provided. Car came back spotless, a real plus. Unfortunately, the antenna was stolen while the car was on their lot overnight. That said, the dealership stepped up and immediately ordered a replacement (as they should have) and delivered it to my door as soon as it was available (about a week). Does leave doubt about dealership security, otherwise would have been 5-star. More

Poor communication; Communication was non exsitant and all ansewers we no!! I considered buying a new car with you (a new 550) but after the xxxxty service forget it.. I considered buying a new car with you (a new 550) but after the xxxxty service forget it.. the way my wife was treated with her tire problem was awful. We came. In and explained the situation, left the car overnight. ( no loaner stupid on your part) and was told it was checked out and was good to go. Well we found out two days later that your service department just put air in the tire and sent us on our way the next day. Three days later we had to bring the car back in because hazard light was on again. Finally they did check it out and found a small screw embedded in the tire. No loaner of course so she sat there for a hour and one half while you finally repaired the tire. Is this good service. I am still waiting for a call back on an order for my air conditioning condenser which your folks told me was ordered. Still no communication or follow up two weeks later..... is that five star service? I have not been able to use the car in this heat... I suggest you guys get your act together and be sure you communicate with your customers. If you want to stay in business. More

Great experience buying a new GLS I came in this past Thursday looking for a new GLS. I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan the sales person and he was exceptional in helping me find wha I came in this past Thursday looking for a new GLS. I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan the sales person and he was exceptional in helping me find what I needed and before I knew it Friday morning I picked up my new car.
