Reputations and horror stories have carved out their own niche in the pantheon of dealership finalgaling and underhanded practices. Mercedes in Hanover, however, was the antithesis of these expectations. My wife and I were treated in a timely and courteous manner from the moment we entered the premises. Our associate very clearly explained what we could expect re: potential costs, arranged for a well appointed loaner vehicle, and assured us we would be called once the diagnostics were complete. A few hours later, he did call to inform me of the status of my car. Additionally, rather than charge me the expected fee for diagnosing the problem with my car, he waived that expense. Finally, when I did pick up my car later that day, I found it vacuumed and washed. Needless to say, Mercedes in Hanover will be my go to dealership for all future work needed on my Mercedes. More

I heard nothing back Wednesday evening I called Thursday morning they had nothing to tell me I caught again Thursday evening they said they would call me back and failed to then again on Friday hey finally called us and the car was ready late Friday evening in which I picked it up Saturday morning. I receive no phone calls to let me know there was a delay when I did talk to someone I got different stories every time. I was very disappointed in their communication in the timeliness of my service. The only consistent reliable person and I Dealt with is the secretary in the show room More

Great service; customer service sub-par I called to find out the procedure for bringing my car to the service department. The person I spoke with was very stern with me when I explain what I was told in a prior call. She was borderline rude or at least it felt that way. Then the front desk person in the showroom was just as abrupt when I brought the car in. Felt like I was bothering her. She barely looked up from what she was doing. Mercedes, you can and should do better than that. Tighten up your customer service. But John, my service rep, was wonderful! His kindness and service made me feel a lot better about the overall service of this location. More
Horrible. It took over a month to receive my second key. Now I'm expected to take time off to schedule an appointment with nearest dealership(1 1/2hr away) to have key programmed. Continually let down Been a customer for awhile now and have yet to have a good experience. All of the promises made when purchasing this car were simply not true. One perk of buying from this dealership is a complimentary car wash. However, when you try to bring your car in the machine is always “getting maintenance done” or closed. They also say they have a referral bonus if you send someone to them to buy a car, not true. I never received anything, not even a thank you, after my referral bought there car from this shop. Multiple times I have had an appointment or have had a date set for a delivery and those times have not been met. There have also been appointments They have kept the car over night without providing a loaner. I keep hoping they will get better and stay true to their word but it doesn’t look like that will ever happen. While most of the employees are friendly and pretend to help, they just tell you what you want to hear and do nothing about it. I highly recommend no one shops here. More
