Came in for a regular service and ended up waiting for 5 hours before I had to leave (with service still unfinished). There was no indication up front that a standard service would take this long. In addition, I don’t understand how every time I go in for a regular service, there ends up being additional maintenance necessary that makes my final bill between $2k-$3k every time I go in. Just feels like I am being taken for a ride. Either that or the brand just requires more than a normal amount of service. More

My most recent regular service appointment ended up being slightly more extensive than I anticipated–but the service agent, Ryan, was incredibly helpful, clear, and communicative. Ryan and the team made sure we got our car back serviced, cleaned, and in better shape than when it was brought in–and it was ready earlier and for less expense than originally quoted, which is always a welcome surprise!
