The service department helped me pick up a loaner car, updated me on a daily basis via phone calls/voice messages, and fully addressed all of my concerns I had about my 2023 GLA 250. When needed, she also worked with the sales department. I have been to two other dealerships for my previous MB cars, however, I must say that the customer experience with your service department is the best. My service representative made my visit a seamless and enjoyable one. A lots of Kudos to her and thr service technician team.
