This is the first time I have taken my GLC 300 for service since I bought it at Georgetown Mercedes Benz last year. Appointment was easy to make. Upon arrival my service person was out with the flu s service since I bought it at Georgetown Mercedes Benz last year. Appointment was easy to make. Upon arrival my service person was out with the flu so Jarrod stepped in for her. He was very professional and took great care of what I needed. Great communication from him and he notified me that there was a recall and they could take care of that today as well. My SUV was ready for pickup within four hours and it had even been washed! Great experience and I will return the next time I need service! More
