This is the first time I have taken my GLC 300 for service since I bought it at Georgetown Mercedes Benz last year. Appointment was easy to make. Upon arrival my service person was out with the flu s service since I bought it at Georgetown Mercedes Benz last year. Appointment was easy to make. Great communication from him and he notified me that there was a recall and they could take care of that today as well. My SUV was ready for pickup within four hours and it had even been washed!
