I want to give a heartfelt and well-deserved shout-out to Charles Griffin, who went far beyond what’s expected in any car-buying experience. Even days after I purchased my new Mercedes-Benz EQB, Charles left his home to personally come help me with charging my vehicle when I was having trouble figuring it out. That kind of commitment, care, and follow-through is rare and it meant the world to me. He didn’t just sell a car, he made sure I was truly supported before, during, and after the purchase. Charles is deeply customer-focused, patient, and professional, someone who genuinely cares about the people he serves.
