This has been a great dealer in the past. But my last 2 maintenance services have had problems. Both times car sat here waiting on something, and then the work never got done. The last time it sat for 5 days for one minor repair, when the ticket should have been closed and car returned. To make matters worse, the AC worked when I brought it in, and wasn’t working when I picked it up. At least they agreed to repair the AC at not charge. That should have been obvious. More

Even though my overall experience with the Mercedes-Benz Georgetown Sales Team was frustrating and I had to bring my car in multiple times for the same issue… I have to give major credit to my service advis Georgetown Sales Team was frustrating and I had to bring my car in multiple times for the same issue… I have to give major credit to my service advisor, Tom Ballou. From the beginning, Tom stood out. At some luxury dealerships, you sometimes run into staff who come across as a bit arrogant or unapproachable, which can leave you feeling uncomfortable. Tom was the complete opposite. He was friendly, professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about getting things right. He kept me updated, always had a positive attitude, and really went the extra mile to help. While I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from this dealership based on my sales experience, I absolutely recommend their service department—specifically Tom Ballou. If you want to feel like your concerns are being taken seriously and that someone actually cares about both your car and your satisfaction, ask for Tom. He’s a true standout and made all the difference in an otherwise disappointing experience. If I could rate Tom individually I’d give him 5 stars without a doubt!! More

We had an issue with a flat tire. We called the dealership to check availability to get a new one. They had the tires and they got us in right way. I got my car back in no time and We called the dealership to check availability to get a new one. They had the tires and they got us in right way. I got my car back in no time and was able to complete all the errands I needed to run that day. Fantastic!! They even washed my car! More
