I got my car back in no time and was able to complete all the errands I needed to run that day. Fantastic!! They even washed my car! More

I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase here — particularly with Jeffrey Midence. He embodies the worst traits of a stereotypical car salesman: transactional, evasive, and solely focused on closing the deal, not the customer experience. After purchasing my vehicle, it took eight weeks and repeated follow-ups to receive my license plate — only to discover it was delayed due to being filed under the wrong name. Rather than provide an honest update, Jeffrey gave misleading responses. Within six months of ownership, I had concerns about the vehicle and reached out to him. He rarely answered calls, and when he did, he offered vague promises to "follow up" that were never fulfilled. It eventually required escalation to his manager, Alex, who was professional and helpful — a rare bright spot in this process. The vehicle was sold with tires just above the minimum certification threshold, and I was told I needed two new tires after less than 5,000 miles — unacceptable for a "certified" Mercedes. Post-sale, there was zero support. I received no orientation on the vehicle’s features, including basics like setting up the fingerprint function. Every previous Mercedes dealer ensured I had a full walkthrough — not here. Additionally, Charles Griffin III, while not as unprofessional as Jeffrey, is extremely aggressive in his sales approach. If you’re still in the browsing phase, avoid him — his pushiness borders on harassment. Having driven only Mercedes vehicles and dealt with several dealerships over the years, I can confidently say Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown ranks as the worst. If you must buy here, avoid Jeffrey Midence at all costs — his conduct is manipulative, self-serving, and ethically questionable. More
