I had advised Sheldon that we had a three hour drive from Savannah, GA to Gainesville to look at a used Corvette on their lot. Juan Ramirez (Sales Director) went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could possibly be in an unusual situation. For a little background: I had a leased Jeep that was coming to term make my experience the best it could possibly be in an unusual situation. For a little background: I had a leased Jeep that was coming to term end in a few months (since this was my fourth one, I was wanting a completely different kind of vehicle). Not many dealerships were open on New Year's Day but this one was, so off I went! 1/1/21 - I ended up test driving a used Beamer they had on their lot. I really liked it but was concerned about how this transaction could take place because of my vehicle make/model ~ it wasn't like a "normal" lease turn in done at the required dealership. Additionally, I was worried about a few minor repairs my Jeep needed and how that could backfire on me somehow. I was assured by my Sales Advisor there was nothing to worry about and that I would be taken care of. After some juggling, Juan got the numbers to work and surprised me by putting a big giant bow on my baby before I drove her off into the sunset! Regarding my previously mentioned concerns .... Juan really did me a solid and took care of the Jeep repairs so I didn't take any extra hits on that. They also dropped off my leased vehicle at the other dealership for me. Fast forward fourteen days later. My used BMW beauty (now named Star), ended up with a completely dead battery. No warning or anything. It was a sad, upsetting and frustrating day. I didn't have roadside assistance on my insurance so I ended up purchasing an AAA membership (this was after two friends tried to get her going with a jump start). Three days later, AAA came out and brought Star back to life again. I drove her straight to the BMW dealership for emergency service .... before I got stranded or she could die again. I recently told Juan about all of this, and he stepped up to the plate AGAIN by offering to cover half of the cost of that pricy electrical German heart. After a little rough patch of time, Juan verified the remaining lease term payoff for my Jeep was sent by them and has been following up with everything regarding it. He also double checked that the extended warranty I purchased through them was activated. It's taken some effort by all getting to this point but in the end, it was all taken care of and worked out. Juan has ironed out so much stress and worry for me! This man is so kind, considerate, professional, personable and extremely helpful. He is amazing! Much thanks from Lori & Star! More
