I was told in other dealerships that I won’t find one car with all I’m expecting. Cam made us feel very comfortable! We were honest with her about just in the looking stage. Yet she spent almost 5 hours with us letting me drive different models, look at all my color options and make my mind up only to change it. Cam was a trooper! The whole team at the Gainesville store seem to really mesh together well, helping each other out, etc. I can’t say enough great things to describe our wonderful experience. We actually bought a car from Cam and we are privileged to be her first sales at the Gainesville store. She is by far my go to for sales for my next Mercedes. That says a lot since we live in Erie Pa and have been driving Benz for over 25 years. I’ve never walked out of a dealership feeling like I will miss all the people we met through the purchase process there. Remember “Alaska Cam” She is the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with! We recently purchased a Mercedes Benz C 43 AMP 2 Door Coupe from this dealership. It started with the General Manager Jeff Wolfson who was extremely professional, greeted us at the front door with smiles and cold water (from our 1.5hr drive) and was very accommodating as we had to drive from Jacksonville to Gainesville in order to test drive the vehicle, as well as trade-in our current vehicle and didn't get there until after 5pm due to traffic. He had the car we were interested in completely detailed and ready for us to test drive just as soon as we pulled up. From there, we were introduced to Tom Scribner, Client Advisor, who knew every in/out detail of the vehicle and quickly took us for the test drive, which we loved. Next, we were off to meet with Gary Martin, Financial Services Manager to discuss terms of financing with Mercedes Benz. We liked what we heard; therefore, we pulled the trigger on financing directly with the dealership, even though we had already secured financing prior to arriving. All in all, we were there roughly 45 minutes, and in that time, we met with the GM, the Client Advisor (Sales), and also the Finance Manager to get the deal closed. I've purchased many vehicles over the course of my time driving (35+years) but never had I experienced such a level of service like the one here at Mercedes Benz of Gainesville. I would highly recommend this Dealership in Gainesville Florida to anyone in the market for a Mercedes Benz. Be prepared for NEXT LEVEL service! More
