Called about recall on my GLE350 and got a rude guy with poor English that wanted to tell me about some Walmart promotion first...when I said I do not want any promotion just to set an appointment he refuse poor English that wanted to tell me about some Walmart promotion first...when I said I do not want any promotion just to set an appointment he refused to help me....and did not want to transfer me to someone else...not very good strategy to get customers I am sure that I will never buy a car from this dealership...management can say thank you to this not so bright worker.. Eric Corley is EXCELLENT !!!!!!! My wife and I were looking for a specific AMG and had researched the dealerships that had the vehicle on their lot. Tom went above and beyond to help my wife and I on a late late Saturday evening while stranded in Gainesville. Very easy, no hassle purchase. Drake was very helpful in making the purchase smooth. He enabled the purchase to be done in a very short amount of time.
