I have good enough credit this should have been done. Save time and headache there are other Mercedes dealerships around. Buy at your own risk. Watch very closely if you must. More

Our nightmare began after the sale and when we were Our nightmare began after the sale and when we were sent to finance to complete the paperwork. At the closing/ finance we were encouraged to pay for an extended warranty on everything bumper to bumper. We told him we would need to think about that and we felt we should be able to rely on the Mercedes reputation for reliability . He assured us that we could cancel if we didn't want it later. Meanwhile they began to put on the clearcoat / perma plate protection. ($1300) The next morning we immediately attempted to cancel although it was impossible to get a call back for weeks.. Julio later told me that he only responds to email and doesn't answer the phone. After weeks of attempting resolution we are told that we CAN'T cancel the $2650 maintenance part of the warranty and the clearcoat would be $1300. We were NOT told that when he said we could cancel later. We also called to schedule an appointment to repair a dent they told us they would fix. We drove 1 1/2 hours each way only to find out from rude people that the person that would fix it wasn't working that day even though we had an appointment, .Buyer beware of the finance department in this dealership. If this is Mercedes 'service' I'll pass. More
