The Sales Associate Geoffrey Jurgensen greeted us and was extremely friendly and helpful to answer our questions. At no time did my wife and I felt like we were pressured to make any purchase. The most pleasant experience was that Geoffrey was extremely accommodating in wanting to learn more about our needs and ensure that we make the best decision for us. Geoffrey’s approach to helping us ensured that we got the best experience and most helpful information. What ended up happened was we successfully negotiated on a new AMG GLC 43 for my wife. The pleasant manner and approach that the MB Flemington staff exhibited was essential to us making the decision on a purchase. I live in NY and my partner lives in NJ.. one day before my current Mercedes lease was up, we stopped by and was greeted by Ryan.. with a smile ( I think.. wearing a mask ) and a hello.. I told him my lease was coming due in a few months and was looking at a new vehicle. I explained that I live in NY and he said not an issue.. We discussed what I wanted and he suggested a test drive in a model that I wanted,.,.,,. with my partner We went out and enjoyed the car.. so I decided to get a price on a lease.. after I told him what I wanted in an ordered car.. He came back with a number.. and we discussed it ore and then Dylan, the sales manager, got involved. We did come to an agreement and I ordered my GLA.. I was shocked that they did meet my desired lease pricing and left happy.. When I returned back to Long Island.. discussed this deal with my friends at my current dealership. They agreed the price was good and they could not better it... I then got a little nervous and emailed Ryan to make sure all the numbers were correct.. and they were, so I was excited and waiting for my car to arrive. It did come in early and was contacted by Ryan to fill out a credit app and we arranged a time for my partner and I to pick up the car and return my leased Mercedes to them. Upon arrival there... again was greeted by Ryan and he showed my my new GLA and I gave him the keys to Cabriolet for him to remove my plates. After he did the paperwork on my return.,. was showed to the finance manager to finish my deal. He also was pleasant and professional and we did all necessary paperwork with no problem.. and he even got me a great price on an extra I had before to put on my new GLA.. We then went to go over the GLA with the Concierge and explained the features and options that I picked out.. and he paired my phone and set up the navigation to put in my home address. All went smoothly and I was totally pleased and happy that we chose to stop in there to check out the dealership. I was told new owners.. within the last year. as the old owners, management did not treat us as well. I was a salesperson at my Mercedes dealership on Long Island before I retired and was happy to see Ryan and everyone there treat us as I hope I treated all my customers when I was selling them. I definitely recommend this dealership for their professionalism and knowledge.. and service. 5 STAR$ to everyone there Thank you More
