After taking my Mercedes in for right shock repair, I was q Department I recently had a very disappointing experience with Flemington Mercedes Benz. After taking my Mercedes in for right shock repair, I was quoted an outrageous $17,000 for "recommended" repairs. This shocked me because just a year ago, I had a comprehensive service and repair done at another authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership, costing $5,100. Since then, I've only driven the car 3,000 miles (i barely drive the car due to working remotely), and it was in excellent condition after that last service. The last dealer was asked to go through my car with a fine tooth comb and repair anything required. They did. Flemington did not know that. The $17,000 quote included a long list of unnecessary repairs, most of which were labeled as "recommended." Some of there recommendations was completed by a year ago, such as replacing filters, etc..What made it worse was that when I agreed to proceed with just the right shock repair, they attempted to add an extra $500 to the final bill without any explanation. Thankfully, I caught the mistake and had it removed, but it felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation, hoping I wouldn’t notice. I’ve always been diligent about maintaining and repairing my vehicle according to Mercedes-Benz standards, so the attempt to upsell and the shady billing practices were both frustrating and concerning. I expected better transparency and honesty from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I would strongly advise others to double-check their quotes and billing here, as my experience has left me questioning the integrity of this dealership. I will be submitting their $17,000 quote to corporate to have this dealer investigated. I'm a long time Mercedes Benz owner (30+ years). All cars purchased and always maintained directly from Mercedes Benz. I've never seen anything like this in 30+ years of Mercedes Benz ownership. My current CLS550 operates perfectly, no check engine lights. I declined to pay their $17K of repairs. Settled for only repairing my right shock. Running wonderfully as of today but I will never return to this dealer. Anyone know of an honest Mercedes Dealer in NJ? More

First and foremost, I do not typically write reviews but felt compelled. In terms of purchasing a vehicle, no dealership is easier to deal with and the sales team/staff/management all work in your benefi felt compelled. In terms of purchasing a vehicle, no dealership is easier to deal with and the sales team/staff/management all work in your benefit. There’s a reason you see and hear the name Ciocca everywhere. In a process that is typically riddled with anxiety, the Ciocca Team (Specifically my salesman Nick G.) was hospitable, respectable and most importantly INFORMATIVE (not pushy) as a sales team and had me in and out within 3 hours on a Friday afternoon. That says enough. I would like to give a special thank you to everyone involved in my transaction: Greg, Ryan T. (Sales Manager), Nick. G (Sales), and Vinny J (Finance Director). Another great thing, is Vinny sold me my last car and was extremely understanding and fluid during the finance process. Great to see young people getting shot to climb and progress. Living up the Ciocca promise, this is 6th time in the last 10 years that I’ve purchased from Ciocca dealerships and will continue- telling my friends and family- that Ciocca has the best service. Kudos to Mr. C and the team! More
