Delivery of the vehicle - after taking delivery, the car had some hiccups. I'm not going to lie, it was disappointing but Gregg and the management team did everything possible to correct these issues. Despite this, I could not be happier with my dealership experience. It's reassuring to know that when things come up, this team will stand behind their product. I also had timely updates from the service team (Kevin). At the end of the day, we could've found an E-350 anywhere. Ultimately, we picked this particular dealer for the people. We are super appreciative for their help and will definitely be back to get our servicing done here. More
