Kevin C was very helpful. I’ve taken my vehicle twice for the same issue. But they couldn’t replicate the issue so they couldn’t fix it. I had my car delivered to my house. I returned the loaner to the drive the same issue. But they couldn’t replicate the issue so they couldn’t fix it. I had my car delivered to my house. I returned the loaner to the driver with full tank but was not aware I’ll be charged for the gas used from my home back to the dealer. Also, just to note. I’ve bought/lease the vehicle from this dealership back in May. I’ve had to take it back for service for multiple issues. The service dept has been really helpful but it’s very inconvenient to have issues for a brand new car. More

The front seals went in less than 40,000 miles. Certainly this poor performance does not lead one to have faith or security in the future. Also, the interior of the GLC is cheap - seat is wearing. The service manager wanted to blame the driver - really? I realize this is MB declining a warranty and not the dealer. It is funny in that clients see my car and ask what is happening - I tell them its a cheap interior. I would not want my customers saying my product was cheap. Guess MB doesn't care. I purchased a GLC and C-class at the same time. Most likely will go to a different brand for my next cars. Never had this problem with Lexus - maybe I never should have changed brands. More
