Receptionist Barbara Haig makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. She greeted me by my name and immediately offered me coffee. She call Arthur Bongiorno, the service manager and he ca as you walk through the door. She greeted me by my name and immediately offered me coffee. Arthur reviewed the service that was to be performed and offered me the option of taking a loaner car or waiting for the work to be completed. I decided to wait since he assured me it would be done within 2 hours and the dealership has a first class waiting room. The car was ready including a car wash within 1 1/2 hours. Arthur then went over everything that was done and asked if I had any questions. He gave me his business card and told me to call him directly if I needed anything in the future. All dealerships should operate like Flemington Mercedes Benz and employ individuals like Arthur Bongiorno and Barbara Haig. More
