Great sales person From the moment I walked into your dealership Vasil was friendly and frankly a maven of what he does. He rolled the red carpet out and represents you From the moment I walked into your dealership Vasil was friendly and frankly a maven of what he does. He rolled the red carpet out and represents your brand with passion and knowledge and intensity...which exceeded my expectations on every level. He has a passion for Mercedes and is the single most knowledgable salesman I have EVER worked with. He makes me want to trade in my VW now and switch to Mercedes. Beyond the car, he gave us a tour of the facility and introduced us to key people. I run a medium size sales agency and "the customer experience" means everything to me an if Vasil was graded, he would have scored a 14 out 10. I would love to elaborate on this more...my wife and I came unprepared to several dealerships....our experience at the Infiniti dealer "moments" before we decided to visit the Mercedes dealer, was a complete failure on every level. The customer experience there was possibly the diametric polar opposite of my experience with Vasil. My wife and I had a preconception of Mercedes where we would have had a snobby experience or felt that we couldn't afford a Mercedes...quite the opposite....Vasil made us feel at home and is the epitome of a master sales representative and you should be proud to have this man a part of your company. The entire staff there in both areas go out of their way to be welcoming and warm, answering the questions of a new owner or meeting the servicing schedule. The service lounge is lovely as well as the complimentary refreshments and other offerings...a great place to wait or opt for a loaner car! Pat yourselves on the back for a job extremely well done! Awesome service experience This was not my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Flemington - Service Center. I found this one representative about the experience one can have wit This was not my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Flemington - Service Center. I found this one representative about the experience one can have with a car service center, though. Long story short, I had bought new tires online and installed them in one of the recommended places from the online seller. I had to return to that place multiple times (at least 3) since there was a persisting vibration around 75 miles/hour on the highway. I stopped trusting that installer after seeing no improvements so I thought about the MB of Flemington service center to resolve my problem. I got an immediate appointment (very good experience on that aspect, as well), and I appreciated how my request to come first thing in the morning was satisfied. The staff I dealt with, lead by Art Bongiorno, met (surpassed) all my expectations. They showed me what was causing my issue (one of the tires was out of the allowed runout range). Kudos to the master foreman (sorry, don't remember his name) for doing a great job with the explanation. After that, the mechanics did such a good job with balancing the wheels, including the one with the defective tire, that the vibration was barely perceptible anymore. I got copies from the charts that the balancing machine produced to help me get a replacement tire from the online seller. As a matter of fact, at the time I am writing this review, I already received the replacement tire and got it installed, of course, at the MB Flemington service center, as well. All in all I would recommend this service center to any of my friends (irrespective of their owning a Mercedes or not). Mercedes CLK550 starting problem My car was erratic in starting and my local mechanic and MB dealer could not diagnose the problem. I took it to MB Flemington on my mechanic's recomme My car was erratic in starting and my local mechanic and MB dealer could not diagnose the problem. I took it to MB Flemington on my mechanic's recommendation and was helped by Artie. It was a challenging diagnosis but Artie and his guys kept on it and figured out that the computer on the engine had a malfunction. He was very upfront and informed me that it was covered under warranty (otherwise the part would have cost me ~$1500). They fixed the problem and I did not have to pay anything. It was also very useful that the dealership even gave me a loaner even though I did not buy my car from their store. I really appreciated the service. More

As a life long Benz owner, this was the best and most stress free visit I have had with a service center. My thanks to Arthur and the entire service team. More
