Disappointed I've always had a Mercedes dealership take care of my car. I enjoyed the brand experience and the employees have always been professional, flexible an I've always had a Mercedes dealership take care of my car. I enjoyed the brand experience and the employees have always been professional, flexible and and has upholded reputable customer service but not so much under the new owner's management. I refuse to pay for the same service 2x's within an 8 month period/ 5K miles. The dealership is not upholding the Mercedes brand---I honestly never anticipated rap music upon entering the service lounge and key to good customer service is listening to the customer. More
