Enjoyable Car Buying Experience, even the Second time! We recently took delivery of our GLC43. This is our 2nd Mercedes purchase. We worked with Neil Gerstein on both purchases. In both instances, we to We recently took delivery of our GLC43. This is our 2nd Mercedes purchase. We worked with Neil Gerstein on both purchases. In both instances, we took delivery of the car the same day we decided on the vehicle. This dealership hustles to make it happen for the customer. Neil is great. No pressure sales tactics. He really took time to fully walk us through all the various vehicles and options, helping us narrow down the choices to what works best for us. We test drove many vehicles with Neil, at times he suggested test driving more vehicles to ensure we were solid on our decisions. Once he helped us narrow down the to the cars, all he needs is what we are comfortable with financially, and he works with the team to make it happen. Very professional, courteous and knowledgable. We will be going back shortly to replace our 1st Mercedes purchase with a new vehicle. We also had the please of meeting and working with Kyle Buchecker and Sara Maley of the finance dept. Their expertise and manner of explaining value add options like the maintainance plans, tire and wheel insurance and of course, the finance payment structure itself is concise, yet complete. Jeremy Sabol left us with nothing but confidence in the manner in which the sales team is trained, and how the dealership sells vehicles. Everything is transparent, and the post sales experience for the customer is excellent. I would imagine Jeremy has a lot to do with that. Mark Renna is the Jedi knight of working the vehicle features. He spent over an hour with us to ensure we understood how to fully utilize all the incredible features of our new vehicle. Best Car buying/Leasing Experience I leased a new vehicle from this dealership and I am extremely happy with this dealership's extraordinary customer service. Julian Montilla was terrif I leased a new vehicle from this dealership and I am extremely happy with this dealership's extraordinary customer service. Julian Montilla was terrific along with Greg Ciocca. I wasn't going to buy/lease the vehicle from this dealership but after getting a feel of what I am looking for, they gave me an offer that left me shocked, I did all my research before coming to this dealership and was my third dealership and did hours and hours of internet/phone research as well, no one was even close to what they offered me for a brand new 2018 vehicle. The environment in the dealership is very relaxed and they wont coax you into buying a vehicle and surround you when you are ready to walk out. Typically high end dealerships are not very friendly & very cosmetic (in my experience, everyone is different) but Greg, Julian and the front desk attendant are very friendly and not cosmetic at all. Very happy with the dealership and the vehicle!! More
