Great experience this was my second Mercedes purchase. I just traded in my eight-year-old Mercedes and one of the determining factors was that for the past eight year this was my second Mercedes purchase. I just traded in my eight-year-old Mercedes and one of the determining factors was that for the past eight years I have had great service experiences. Specifically with Jamie. When it came time to get a new car Mercedes was my first choice. I spoke with Neil and was given great attention as well as explanation. The deal was done in 24 hours. Neil was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. My follow up with Kyle was also informative. Mark gave me a fun and great explaination of the cars workings. The deal was done in 24 hours. .
