We were coming off of a lease and could not decide whether to purchase that vehicle, lease a new one or purchase. As it turns out a new purchase worked best for us given our desire for warranty protection and our low mileage usage characteristics. But the best part was, there was no hard-sell pressure. And, Jeremy, his manager worked with us to come up with what we feel was a very fair deal. Anthony who handled the financing, was very thorough in explaining our options for financing and add-ons, such as extended warranty, tire protection, pre-paid maintenance. And finally, Mark, the concierge who went over the vehicle and how the systems functioned spent a lot of time with us to make sure we get the most out of our vehicle's features. All in all a top notch experience. More

Upon following up with our insurance company ,that Shane had suggested ,it was a complete loss. Shane said what he was able to do and he accomplished it with his service team.
