Poor communication and lie’s were told by the Sales Manager and service manager. They made a mistake with repairing my vehicle and talked rude and unprofessional to me. The “Mercedes” experience was short lived. 1 and half months later, new car needed rotors; no explanation, no what can we do to make this right. 3 months later sensor went out, 2 months to get 1 and half months later, new car needed rotors; no explanation, no what can we do to make this right. 3 months later sensor went out, 2 months to get sensor, and again, no what can we do to make this right.
