Very disappointed with sales and service managers. Very unprofessional and lied when confronted. Made excuses for my car not being repaired at a timely manner. They kept my car for months and made excuses why they had not communicated with me what was going on. I called and texted and wouldn’t receive messages until one day the sales manager Emmanuel stated that the loaner l had had expired and that’s because they hadn’t fixed my car. They didn’t care about my care that I purchased and had for only 3 days and the check engine light came in so I took it back to get repaired and they had my vehicle from Nov 2022 until March 2023. I purchased the suv oct 2022. I had the vehicle for 3 days and they said that I put scratches and paint on my suv when it was in their possession. Emmanuel, Justin and Chris told one lie after the other. This was the first Mercedes purchase and the worst experience I have ever had. So disappointed!
