He patiently moved my many personal belongings from the trunk of my vehicle to the loaner vehicle, while continually apologizing for the inconvenience of my minor car issue. Best experience yet in buying a new car! We originally went to the dealership to rule out one of my choices in a new vehicle. I wasn't in a hurry to replace what I was currently driving; we We originally went to the dealership to rule out one of my choices in a new vehicle. I wasn't in a hurry to replace what I was currently driving; we just wanted to start looking around and checking prices. We test drove the GLK and immediately fell in love. Nikki took a lot of time to talk to us about the different features on the car. While they were crunching numbers, we asked if we could drive it home to get the teenager's approval. No problem! When we came back, they had the final price ready for us and we were surprised that we could buy it for less than the other car (American made) I was seriously lookig at. I wanted to think about it over the weekend before I made a big decision and they insisted that I take it home and drive it. Well, the rest is history....I took the car back on Monday and we sealed the deal. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly to even include the men that work in parts. We purchased the all weather mats and cargo mat and they brought them out to the car and helped Nikki put them in. My teenager was even amazed at the" free gifts" we received. When I called my husband yesterday to tell him I received fresh flowers from the dealership thanking me for our business he said "it makes you want to buy another car from them!" He's right, it does. We'll be back and we hope that NIkki will still be working at your dealership! We have already recommended the dealerhip to several people and I know for a fact that some of them have already made appointments to talk with NIkki. We will continue to talk about our positive experience with your dealership and continue to send you customers for many years to come.
