While I waited in waiting area, I asked Linda Jorden if there was a black On 10/26/2015, 8:00 am appointment, I took my 2014 E350 in for B service. While I waited in waiting area, I asked Linda Jorden if there was a black-on-black 2016 E350. She then passed the info on to a manager. He checked the lot and returned and said that he did have an E350 with the feature I was looking for. He sent Jim Alley to work with me, and he pulled the E350 around to show an explain all the new features on the car. He took my ID and about 20 minutes he had a payoff quote and a bank to finance me and between 12:00 Noon - 12:15 I was on my way back to Mount Olive, N.C. The Salesman, Manager, and Finance Manager both continued to work for me to get an even lower interest rate, after I had already been approved and drove my E350 home. It does not get any better than that. More

Seat cover were replaced under warranty. Debbie Wheeler and the rest of the team were very responsive when we showed them some tears in our front seats. Incredible people to work with I initially went to this dealership based on an offer I got in the mail to trade my 2013 GLK for a new one with a big discount. I left the dealership I initially went to this dealership based on an offer I got in the mail to trade my 2013 GLK for a new one with a big discount. I left the dealership with a GLA instead because my wife thought this was the vehicle she really wanted. After several days of driving she told me that the GLA lacked in alot of areas that she was used to in the GLK. I immediately took the vehicle back to the dealership and they were able to get me out of the contract and into a new one with a 2015 GLK. I was very impressed with everything they did to do this and I cannot say enough as to how much I appreciate their efforts. My wife is now 100% happy with her 2015 GLK. Thanks MB of Fayetteville. I will definitely come back to do business with you again. More

Each question (and there were many) that I asked received a thorough response. After acknowledging that one of my prime deciding factors for a car would be how my golf clubs fit in the trunk, Donathan guided me through various options--some worked, some did not. An important point worth mentioning is that although my husband was with me during the discussions Donathan and Greg both talked directly to me. They acknowledged that I was the decision maker and not my husband. Other women will understand my making this point. My husband and I are fortunate to know the new owner of this Mercedes dealership. He owns several franchises in the Pinehurst area where we reside. His honesty, personal integrity, and desire to serve the customer are what have made him a successful businessman. My guess is that employees who work in his franchises witness his character on a daily basis and will be loyal over the long term. This is a plus for the customers who purchase or lease from this dealership. More
