Smaller dealership = More personal touches From my sales representative (Donathon Stover) to the Sales Manager, Greg Dudak, and even including the phone receptionist (name unknown), I felt like From my sales representative (Donathon Stover) to the Sales Manager, Greg Dudak, and even including the phone receptionist (name unknown), I felt like I was given their full attention. Each question (and there were many) that I asked received a thorough response. After acknowledging that one of my prime deciding factors for a car would be how my golf clubs fit in the trunk, Donathan guided me through various options--some worked, some did not. An important point worth mentioning is that although my husband was with me during the discussions Donathan and Greg both talked directly to me. They acknowledged that I was the decision maker and not my husband. Other women will understand my making this point. My husband and I are fortunate to know the new owner of this Mercedes dealership. He owns several franchises in the Pinehurst area where we reside. His honesty, personal integrity, and desire to serve the customer are what have made him a successful businessman. My guess is that employees who work in his franchises witness his character on a daily basis and will be loyal over the long term. This is a plus for the customers who purchase or lease from this dealership. More

Unclassy, disorganized, worst MB dealer I have ever been to I recently had my 2014 C300 serviced there. Despite have an e-mail confirmation of my appointment, I arrived to find I had no appointment. When I sh I recently had my 2014 C300 serviced there. Despite have an e-mail confirmation of my appointment, I arrived to find I had no appointment. When I showed them the confirmation e-mail they still seemed unapoligetic (apparently these thing happen often enough for the staff to seem it was just business as unsual). After filling out the paperwork with the information that I had already sent in advance, the desk personnel asked if I wanted to "skip the interior and exterior cleaning" to "speed up" the service. I had never once stated that I was in a hurry so I found this really upsetting. I then heard him ask several other customers this same question, so it is their standard line. NOT MB quality customer service. In addition, the dealership is old, the waiting area, while clean, was quite dated (although probably the most up to date aspect of the dealership). The people were friendly, and while I would consider buying a MB there, I would never have my car serviced there again as the customer service was subpar. More
