Our salesperson was very well schooled on all the options, technology and performance of the model we were inspecting andf ultimately purchased. The sales manager was quick to make a decision and deal! We had all paperwork done and were out the door in under an hour from the time I said "we will take it, its a deal". Mercedez Benz of Fayetteville On 10/26/2015, 8:00 am appointment, I took my 2014 E350 in for B service. While I waited in waiting area, I asked Linda Jorden if there was a black On 10/26/2015, 8:00 am appointment, I took my 2014 E350 in for B service. While I waited in waiting area, I asked Linda Jorden if there was a black-on-black 2016 E350. She then passed the info on to a manager. He checked the lot and returned and said that he did have an E350 with the feature I was looking for. He sent Jim Alley to work with me, and he pulled the E350 around to show an explain all the new features on the car. He took my ID and about 20 minutes he had a payoff quote and a bank to finance me and between 12:00 Noon - 12:15 I was on my way back to Mount Olive, N.C. The Salesman, Manager, and Finance Manager both continued to work for me to get an even lower interest rate, after I had already been approved and drove my E350 home. It does not get any better than that. More
