Replaced mirror, ask toCheck door that was recently replaced The service advisor and technician both said they would do so regarding checking to door. When we picked up the car two days later they did not do so. I had spoken with Brooke on 3 occasions and there was no issue, I even spoke to the technician and he said no problem. At pick up time they said I needed to take it over to their body shop several miles down the road. The dealership had the car for two and a half days and could have easily done so. The General manager/partner (Paul) would not return calls or e-mails. The maintenance manager Steve finally called and was even worse . He said it was an insurance company issue and the MB dealership would not comment on the door unless it was a Mercedes door. He said to go to the insurance company and find out. This was opposite of what I was originally told. No service, and a little attitude. Atlanta Classic Cars, an MB dealer in Atlanta has much better Service!!! We will trade somewhere else later in the year. More

The Worst Dearship I have Ever Experienced They sold me a $50,000 wrecked vehicle . They lied to me over and over . Told me they they would find me a new vehicle . I left a bad review on FB and I was threatened that If I did not remove it , they would not fix my problem . After I removed the bad review they blocked me where I couldn't leave a review at all and then never called me back . They also only gave me one key , and said they had ordered one , but they didn't . They also said that the car had been a corporate vehicle but I researched it and it was a enterprise rental car from a airport in Alcoa , TN ! These people will lie, cheat and mislead you to get your money !!!!! Worst experience I have ever had !!!! BEWARE More
Pass the buck Brought our 2015 Sprinter 35,800 miles in for a drivetrain vibration under warranty . When I asked to go for a ride with there Head tech who just came back from driving the van to show him my concern . A man came out who I think was the service manager, and said they did all they are going to do period . The service management was rude and had no interest in solving the vans problem. My confidence is at an all time low . More

If you expect great service, well informed staff members, excellent management this is your dealership. Who would of thought I would drive all the way to Alabama to buy a Mercedes. I am so glad I did! Brandi was exceptional in her communication skills and product knowledge. From her quick to answer emails to the Red Carpet Treatment upon delivery. This is a dealership who actually cares. They don't do high pressure sales, or chase you down when you drive up. This this the way a dealership should operate. When you are in need of an excellent automobile drive to Alabama and see Brandi. You worked hard your whole life. Buy the best or nothing! More

Impressive My second visit to Dothan Mercedes confirmed my first impressions. Service is alive and well in the South! The 350 SUV and I were treated in a manner I would compare to a good 4 star resort. Brooke is fantastic in coordinating my needs. Coming from an hour and a half away, accuracy is important. Steve is available and very tuned to the value of time and money. The service area itself is worthy of executive jet use, immaculate and very organized. Customer Service Not Good At All Ive had 3 different Mercedes and have gone to at least 5 different dealerships for service. Dothan Mercedes is by far the worst customer service (in s Ive had 3 different Mercedes and have gone to at least 5 different dealerships for service. Dothan Mercedes is by far the worst customer service (in service department). Steve the manager does not return calls, or show concern about customer issues. Ive dealt with Tony and Brooke. In my opinion, they seem to just tolerate me. Ive brought my car to Dothan on several occasions as i always hey service from dealership, but being they are the only dealer in town, im pretty much stuck. I think they know it, because they surely act like it! My experience in other dealerships had been phenomenal. As a matter of fact let me back up and clarify something, Bruce Howard who used to work in service dept is EXCELLENT! He should be the standard not the exception. He needs to teach the service team (including the manager Steve) how to treat ALL customers. Ive had one or two other small issues that a regular dealership would never be so petty handling, but because it didn't cost me too much, ill leave this rating based on customer service alone. More
Poor customer service Never had an experience like this before. Took my car in for B service. Showed the service writer photographs of 3 different screens taken from the screen in my car when GPS was not working properly . Was told by service manager I would have to return to the dealership when the message was on the screen I explained that would be impossible because the messages do not remain on the screen. The service manager explained that if they made the wrong diagnosis and replaced the wrong part the factory would charge them for the incorrectly replaced part. This left the problem squarely on my shoulders. After research they said they found a possible update that might fix my problem. I felt after my 10 minute conversation with the service manager and him explaining how thorough the investigation was into my problem by his ASE certified technician and there was no option given me at the time except returning with the problem actively on the screen. I felt the change of heart was because of very negative reviews. There were several text messages exchanged and I felt the solution offered my fix my car but would not restore my feeling to ward the attitude displayed by the dealership service manager. I said this in my last text message. Once again it was pointed out to me the problem was mine because I must have misunderstood what the service manager said. It was not the cost of the charge back but his concern over not fixing my car is why he took the position. The simple fix to this destroyed relationship would have been for the service manager or employees of Mercedes of Dothan to say we handled this poorly from the beginning lets start over. Today I took my car to the Mercedes Dealership in Jacksonville. I was treated like a valued customer by David the service Manager and Ray the service writer. Davids solution was to have me email the pictures to the service writer so they could be attached to the work order as documentation for warranty purposes. Jacksonville knows how to treat customers. As I sat and listened in the waiting room their customer service to all customers was second to none. More
2015 GL 350 service got my new GL350 but in 2 weeks the pressure sensors on two tires and the front seat adjuster stopped functioning. I called Mercedes Dothan explained the problem also explained that i will be coming from 70 miles away and was told no problem bring in the car. Getting to the dealership i sat for an hour and half and was told they did not have the parts come again i felt totally dismissed by the service manager having no choice i came back home . 3 weeks later i was told the parts are in and i can bring the car back and the whole process will take 2 hours . I drove yet again 70 miles and dropped off the car . 4 hours later i called the dealership and was told that the car was finally ready. The service manager was totally unapologetic and told me that their technicians take a lunch break and taking two tires on and off the car takes a long time . More
