Just a Headlight Bulb The headlight bulb on our Sprinter motorhome failed. We had driven the night before in the back woods with one light. A local motorhome store told us we had to go to Mercedes, but doubted if they would help us. Not only did the Service Manager come out of the store to get the necessary VIN information and retrieve the correct part, but he asked his service department to install it. We were charged only for the part, not their time or service. Very respectful and helpful for such a small issue. We had the other bulb fail on the East Florida Coast, not only did the Service Department in Fort Pierce tell my husband to get the number himself, but they refused to install the bulb saying, "We might break something." More

The Absolute Worst Business Experience EVER! My wife and I spent two hours picking out the car we wanted after looking at 4-5. We told the salesman we wanted it and would wanted it detailed and t My wife and I spent two hours picking out the car we wanted after looking at 4-5. We told the salesman we wanted it and would wanted it detailed and they were to fix the windshield with a crack. They said it would be ready at 11:00 the next morning. The next morning the salesman called me and apologized that the dealership had sold the car to someone else. I called and talked to the manager who promised to find me another car exactly like the one we wanted. He called the next day and gave me the specs. I told him we would take it and the he called me back in 5 minutes to tell me it was sold to someone else????? They then promised to find me another one and I NEVER heard from them again. Most unethical business experience ever!!!! More
