The service department is rude and does not fix problems they create them and the management are unapologetic. Tallahasse is great but Dothan service breaks more than they fix. I highly do not recommend Dothan AL service department. They takes your money and ruin your day with the don’t care attitude. More

Dealership Shined While Working With Insurance Company My experience from day one with Mercedes of Dothan was nothing but positive. The dealership maintenance supervisor, Steve Phillips, worked with me p My experience from day one with Mercedes of Dothan was nothing but positive. The dealership maintenance supervisor, Steve Phillips, worked with me personally through every step of getting my Dodge Sprinter based RV back to running status after dealing with a lightning strike. Dealing with insurance companies can really be exasperating and this was the case on this claim, but finally got everything back to running as per normal. Steve was always responsive to my emails and answered my calls or returned them promptly. The biggest thing in my mind is that I was really concerned about my RV sitting outside in all the bad summer heat and weather. Steve took my concern to heart and made sure it was under cover the whole time it was there and that was almost two weeks or more because of the insurance company. Can't thank him enough for that! He is definitely a man of his word! I also want to thank Tony Timmerman, a service advisor there. He worked with me when I took the RV in and when I left. Enjoyed working with him and he was a great help both on my arrival by tow truck and driving off the lot. I totally recommend this dealership and their technicians for work on the Sprinter Fleet.
