Good day...I'm Karen Thurman and I drive a Mercedes-Benz from Mark Murray Motors. The moment I arrived at Mercedes-Benz of Denver, Brandt Arguello greeted & assisted me out of my vehicle. Then he asked me from Mark Murray Motors. The moment I arrived at Mercedes-Benz of Denver, Brandt Arguello greeted & assisted me out of my vehicle. Then he asked me "How may I help you"? I told him I was looking to buy a my first Mercedes-Benz. Brandt said "come with me let me show you what we have". Needless to say...Brandt was my sales consultant. We walked into the showroom, which is quite inviting and I saw a gorgeous Tan SL500, he let me drive it. Then I had a conversation with Brandt, to discuss what kind of work I do and things I am involved in. He told me he had something perfect for me. He took me to the "parking garage of MB's" which is the most beautiful array of cars I have ever seen to show me the C320 that I purchased. Brandt has an extraordinary gift of listening to his customer and assessing their needs. He was very knowledgeable in answering all of my many questions. I believed him when he told me "I'll take care of you". Never once did I feel pressured or hurried while going through the process of purchasing my MB,C320. I Love my C320. Folks...if you're going to buy a MB, you really got to speak with Brandt Arguello at Mercedes-Benz of Denver, Mark Murray Motors. My car is fabulous! Thanks a million Brandt! More
Not long after my father passed away and his 2006 CLS was Not long after my father passed away and his 2006 CLS was signed over to me, both Jeremy and Bill recommended that I buy the ext. warranty since it w Not long after my father passed away and his 2006 CLS was signed over to me, both Jeremy and Bill recommended that I buy the ext. warranty since it was the same as buying a new car and due to the condition of the CLS and that the car had about 18,000 miles on it, it was the right move in case I wanted to keep the car. When I took my car in since I was smelling oil burning alot more, Jeremy had the tech. check the vech out before leaving just in case it was a leaking seal on the oil filter. But it turned out to be both valve cover gaskets and I started to fear how much this could cost me even with the ext.warranty. Jeremy did remember what type I paid for and almost know it would be covered and it was outside a few extra hose's that needed to be replaced since the tech was there. Since Jeremy has known me for some time he had the hose's replaced without calling me since I would have told him to replace them. Jeremy has shown me that trust is earned not given and has gone out of his way to insure everything works out and makes any service I have done is easy without a high repair bill. More

I have purchased 3 automoblies from Mercedes Benz of Denver. I purchased 2 brand new and one pre-owned as a third car. Larry was an absolute gentelman to work with. I had a very bad experience with a local dealer and Larry bent over backwards to find me the exact vehicle with all my "wish list" options an offer it at better price. While waiting for my new car to arrive, they provided me with a Mercedes loaner car. My other new car purchase was also found to my specifications and delivered to me the next day. It truely provided to be hassle-free. Any service issues or questions I have had ,have been handled promptly. In one instance they came and picked up the car from my home and returned it back to me. I think purchasing a pre-owned vehicle can be nerve racking, I have to say once again Ben, my salesman, handled it with ease and was able to find just the vehicle we needed with low mileage at a very competitive price. When dealing with Mercedes Benz of Denver all my experiences have exceeded my expectations. I have owned many different luxury vehicles thru the years and have worked with dealerships on the east coast as well the west coast and I do have high expectations. I can honestly say I continue to buy Mercedes Benz because of the outstanding customer service and experiences I have had with Mercedes Benz of denver. I highly recommend this dealership for ALL of your automotive purchases and service needs, I can't imagine going anywere else. My experience at Mercedes Benz of Denver has been a breath of fresh air. It started with the service department fixing a nagging problem with our 2009 MB S550. I was so pleased by the service experience that I asked the service manager to have a sales representative contact me directly. That happened within one hour when Larry Stanley called. Over the next two weeks Larry and I and subsequently MB Sales Manager Richard Schutt discussed the possibility of trading in our current car and purchasing a new MB S550 4matic. Unfortunately, the new car inventory at this time of year did not have a car that met our specifications. Bottom line is that we will be back to MB Denver for a new car after the new model is introduced later this Fall. My ratings clearly reflect our satisfaction. We have not found this level of service at any of the other MB dealerships that we have dealt with over the past 24 years. We have driven 5 Mercedes Benz cars since 1987 including a purchase at Murray Motors about 10 years ago. Larry made us feel like long lost best customers at the outset. Jim Pierson More

We were looking for a late model Mercedes sports car and had done quite a bit of research online at the possibilities. This dealership has both new and used Mercedes and BMW automobiles. Thus, they could had done quite a bit of research online at the possibilities. This dealership has both new and used Mercedes and BMW automobiles. Thus, they could show us the SLK, Z4, and the Cayman (from a trade-in). The salesman got us into the cars for test drives and did not try to "steer" us towards any specific choice. A couple of managers came out to introduce themselves and discuss deals. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were clearly interested in selling vehicles, but did not put pressure on us to make a decision that day. We went to four other Mercedes, Porsche, and BMW dealerships and were given adequate to good treatment, but not nearly as good as with Amos and the Mercedes-Benz of Denver dealership. My husband has a 1970 300SEL and found the manager at the service department very knowledgeable about the air suspension system and other peculiarities of the car. All service personnel we talked to were helpful and knowledgeable. The evening before we came to the dealership to pick up the car, we asked Amos to see if he could get the clear protection shield applied to the car. He was able to get it done in time for pickup the next morning. Amos spent quite a bit of time explaining all the functions in the car, making sure everything worked and installing the bluetooth device for our phone. He and the others we dealt with in the dealership were really first-rate. More
