Very helpful and professional sales people, and service desk. We came up to this dealer to test drive a vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle was very dirty and unbecoming of a Mercedes. Additionally, the vehicle had many more miles than was advertised. So we did not buy that vehicle. However, we found another similar vehicle at another dealership out of state and within the dealers network so we bought it. The vehicle we received is in great condition and better than expected. So all in all that was about average. Had the vehicle we originally looked at then in the condition that was advertised we would be given five stars. However, the vehicle was in poor condition. The one we purchased is great.
