As my wife put it, easily the best car buying experience she's ever had and not the typical back and forth "I have to speak with my manager" time consuming tactics. There were a couple of cosmetic issues with the leather seats, which they took care of. The results were fantastic, and now we have used car that is really new for all intents. The dealership staff was prompt, professional and quick to get the processes handled. They made every effort to respect our time and make it a comfortable buying experience. There were no lofty attitudes or pretenses just because we're not looking at the bmw/mercedes product lines. I highly recommend this dealership and Malcom, who goes out of his way to take care of his customers! More

We were not the "typical" high end mercedes customer, as we were looking for a solid clean low milage used car in great condition, for an "affordable" (in our case low) price.
