I had contacted the Parts Dept at MB of Denver in order to have a new battery put aside so my girlfriend could pick it up due to me being out in Afghanistan. After telling him what my situation was and if he could leave a battery on the side to be picked up, he continued to be irate and stated sternly "listen, if you would listen to me, I am trying to help you" and then continued to say that I should have just called roadside assistance. I then politely continued to listen with the occasional "yes" to answer some random questions that had nothing to do with picking up a battery. At the end of his rant, I asked if he could just have a battery placed aside and he answered that he would (without asking for any information) and hung up. More
Dave was our sales guy at first he was friendly and then did the typical "used car guy" bait and switch. When we were signing the paper work, there is only a 1 year warranty. When we told him about his mistake he said "what do you want me to do about it?" Um how about give us the extra year you told us we would receive. The car needs to be aligned and has some scratches and a dent. When we spoke to Dave about it he said Jared the sale mgr would handle. Jared told us Dave would call us about the appt. Dave said no it goes through some other source. I finally had to call Mercedes USA to get an appt for the repairs. The repair dept. at the dealership called me to schedule the appt. not some other place as Dave suggested. I am also going to learn about the features of the car because of my call into Mercedes USA. Thank goodness they care about their customers...too bad the dealership does not~ More
I purchased a brand new 2013 e350 that was suppose to be detailed as part of buying a new car. I got the car tinted and wanted a clear bra installed. When it was serviced the tint was installed but they cou detailed as part of buying a new car. I got the car tinted and wanted a clear bra installed. When it was serviced the tint was installed but they could not install the clear bra and on top of that the car rattles at highway speed of 75mph which they said they fixed but it still rattles on the highway. When the car was returned to me it was in filthy condition. No detail at all. There was black mud on the side of the car, brown gunk on the two front tires, the hood and trunk had some type of brown dirt sitting on top, and worst of all, There is now a ROCK CHIP by my hood when the car was returned to me and the interior was never cleaned. This is not what you would expect from a luxury brand like Mercedes Benz. I will never ever recommend anyone buy a mercedes due to the experience i received from them. Do yourself a favor and buy a LEXUS, they actually care for repeat customers and always take good care of you. i will make sure my family and friends know Mercedes Benz only wants to sell cars and give poor quality service AFTER you already purchased the car. More
I purchased an almost new car from Mercedes Benz of Denver over the phone. Edward Sams was my salesman. I found him to be very reliable, professional, and honest in every step of the purchase. The car was delivered to my home 600 miles away, and it was everything Edward said it was. It came with new snow tires, and when I asked about the regular tread tires for summer use Edward located them and had them shipped to me at no charge. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone interested in buying a quality Mercedes Benz vehicle. More
I went there and my sales person was edward. The entire time I was there this guys was too busy hitting on me to realize that I wanted to buy a vehicle. My mercedes was involved in a hit and run after I had just purchased a new grill and wheels which your service dept. installed. They took very good care of my vehicle. I always knew what state the mercedes was in and experienced no anxiety what so ever. Thank you for your exellent service. More
I took my car in for an airbag light. Jacob told me it would cost $750 to replace a wiring harness for the airbag. He sent me away without airbags because we didn't have the money to fix it at that moment would cost $750 to replace a wiring harness for the airbag. My husband googled the issue and found out that this wiring harness is too short from the factory and that Mercedes Benz was covering the repair through an extended warranty. This dealer risked the lives of my family by merely neglecting to look at the information that the manufacturer provides for them. I had to alert them. I went here with hopes of a positive experience. The only positive I got from it is that I am positive I won't return here for service. More
