This is my second purchase from this dealership. My salesperson, Nicholas Bielh, was responsive to all of my questions, concerns and requests. He was efficient, knowledgable and super pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond even when I committed my questions, concerns and requests. He was efficient, knowledgable and super pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond even when I committed to buying the car, helping me (a senior ciitzen) get familiar with today's new technology and he didn't stop once I got the car home. I was impressed! Also, the dealership has a reputation for offering good deals and I was happy with the deal I got. I was treated with respect regardless of how much or little I was spending on a car. I never felt pressured or hassled, just respected and appreciated. More

I have been driving Mercedes all my adult life, but I have never been subjected to such humiliation and disgrace as I faced with Mercedes Benz of Denver. We were the first to see a used car, virtually af have never been subjected to such humiliation and disgrace as I faced with Mercedes Benz of Denver. We were the first to see a used car, virtually after it's first cleaning, before it even went to the shop floor. Accepted the price and had papers drawn up. But the sales people somehow contrived to not collect the cash we were offering, claiming that it was late and we should return the following day. The following day, my wife was sent to the bank with the numbers and payment instructions by Mercedes Benz. At the point of cutting a cashier's check, they called and said they would prefer a wire transfer. As this was being done, they called her again and said she shouldn't pay, as someone else was being shown the car! I tried for the next hour or so to speak to Jennifer, and after avoiding me for that long, she eventually came on and did not make any sense at all. The only sensible reason was that, the car was really good for the price and mileage, and she wanted to sell it to a friend or someone she knew, and so she contrived to take it away from me, even as I was at the point of paying, and offer it to someone who was 'priority' in f her words. You should all be ashamed of yourselves! More
Purchased a GLC 350e CPO, great experience, but was disappointed that the car charger looked very old, much older than the 2019 model I purchased. Mercedes Benz of Denver and its staff are HORRIBLE THIEVES. Michael Ruch is a HORRIBLE service director that in no way reoresents the mercedes benz brand standard. Michael Ruch AND his service dept gave us an estimate of $300 to change a fuse. That alone is insane PRICE GOUGING and a complete disrespect to a mercedes benz owner. After having the car for 2 days they called to say the car was ...fine/fixed...and the srvc dept just needed to monitor it for 24 hrs before release...2 days later these THIEVES found a ...relay... without a cap. The relay cap is no longer available as a single part..so they replaced the entire relay. The estimate went from $300 to $600+. This is blatant dealership THIEVERY. They took advantage of us to FIILL THEIR POCKETS with no regard to the NON MECHANICAL service they had performed. This is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service and someone should be PERSECUTED under the law. Michael Ruch should be ASHAMED AND mercedes benz should be EMBARRASSED. This dealership should be AVOIDED AT ALL COST. These are THIEVES and CON MEN masquerading as mechanics and service personnel. Mercedes Benz owners....BEWARE!!! More
