This is the 3rd car I have bought from this dealer. Since I moved 2 years ago, I checked with a dealer 2 miles from my home. It was not a pleasant and I never buy anything from people I don't like. I returned to MB of Denver where the sales experience once again was great. There was no inventory on the car I wanted, and James Goza worked with me on finding a solution to my problem which was finding a car that week. I have used this dealership for many years and will continue to do so although it will entail a longer drive than I would like. More

The employees I dealt with we're decent but apparently overwhelmed as a bunch of the staff - both sales & finance had resigned the day before. I love the car, but nothing was really explained to me as far overwhelmed as a bunch of the staff - both sales & finance had resigned the day before. I love the car, but nothing was really explained to me as far as updates in operating the vehicle and no owner's manual; however, I had owned a similar car that was 8 years older. I had to show a better quote from another dealer on my trade-in to get the additional 1k match. Then I had to wait for two hours in the lobby after passing all credit and endorsing all paperwork for the finance department and I was paying cash. I almost walked as the service was really not as even close to my prior other dealership experiences. I had to wait far too long to pay for my car! Lastly, floor mats were not cleaned when I left with the vehicle. Overall other than the purchased vehicle I was not that impressed. More
