I live in Eagle County and the delightful storms delayed my getting to the dealership/ When I was able to get there Mark had a GLE 450 picked out for me and it seemed a perfect fit. We completed the transaction which included my dealing with the Parts and Service departments to get winter tires installed. Everyone was very accommodating and the transaction was enjoyable rather than stressful. I had started dealing with the Service Department when I moved from out of state to Eagle County and have always been very happy with the service provided; satisfied enough that I went there to have winter tires put on last fall. Mercedes-Benz of Denver epitomizes best practices throughout its operations and I highly recommend them. I am really very pleased with my GLE 450, a feeling enhanced by great dealer support. More
