I have called to speak to the general manager and got her voicemail I left a message and haven't received a call back from her yet. So am I really going to get helped? I think I'm being ignored because they know I am very upset. I called Nathan back cause he finally called me but he hasn't returned my call yet and that was Monday. I need my car. They lost my keys why am I getting treated this way because of it. it's hard to get around without a car I have kids that have doctor appointments and stuff. I would have been into the dealership already but it's so far from me. This is crazy

As we explained during our in-person meeting, there is no documentation of any claim you have made regarding an employee stealing $1,000 from you. All documentation and conversations indicate you gave us $2,000. We absolutely disagree with your memory of this transaction that took place over a month ago and adamantly deny your accusation.

Per your contract it states I gave your Finance Closer $2000 cash, For what ever reason he states differently, he forgot to put the $1000 I gave on a credit card on the contract, PLEASE read the contract HE made a mistake and or he just decided to steel the other $1000 cash I gave, there Is no reason I would go through all this if I didn't know that I took $2000 CASH with me to by this car and then I also put $1000 on my credit card, they can disagree all they want, for I have no way of proving I gave him cash it's my word against his and I will do all my due diligence to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else! I filed a police report, I turned you guys into the Attorneys Generals office, I filed a claim on the BBB and if I do not get my $1000 returned to me I will take this to court all my recourses fail. And as far as memory goes, when it comes to my money that I had been saving for 2 years to get $2000 cash, whom would forget how much they saved! Really and a month ago, this is how long you guys took to return me a check for the wrong amount in hopes that I would forget I gave you $2000.00 ... NOT a false accusation here I would not lie about this, and you guys DID NOT provide NO documentation to prove that I did not give your finance man Jeffery Bradshaw $2000 cash. I didn't even get a receipt for the $1000. credit card receipt I signed after the fact... I GAVE a TOTAL of $3000 and your Finance guy Jeffery Bradshaw is telling a lie...
