Everything was great until I leased the new car. I was told the dealer would take care of everything from my lease with MBFS, but they evidently didn’t mean everything. Buying a new car should be a fun and stress free experience. It was not. The car took forever to be delivered with no communication from the dealership until I had to repeatedly complain. When the car came it suddenly all rush rush to sell and overwhelm me with info. The after market packages added $$$$. Be prepared to spend time and money. No manager came out to say thank you and sorry for the hassle. Very disappointing experience. More
