I brought my Mercedes Benz S580 to repair an issue with the front seats, the car was for more than a week at the shop, they told me that everything was repair. I picked up the car and when I left, I immed the front seats, the car was for more than a week at the shop, they told me that everything was repair. I picked up the car and when I left, I immediately realized that nothing was done. I brought the car again, this time they find the issue, it was a very expensive repair and because all the inconvenience I experienced, management offered me a significant courtesy discount. I service associate Kelvin did a great job following up and asking management for the discount. More
Mercedes of Delray has the worst service department. I went in for a routine service B, which is essentially an oil change and topping off fluids, and they charged me $2000.00 and then recommended I spe I went in for a routine service B, which is essentially an oil change and topping off fluids, and they charged me $2000.00 and then recommended I spend another $15,000.00 on other upgrades. This is after I just had my car serviced at another dealership 3000 miles prior and that previous dealership said I didn’t need any of those services. This dealership doesn’t feel trustworthy. More
Amazing customer service from Evon. I drove into the service bay with no tire pressure in one tire. Kenny showed me the nail.
