I always have a positive experience with the service department and yesterday was no exception. David Rhys works with me and is very competent and professional. I do have one complaint about amenities offered if customer is waiting in lounge area. Other than offering free coffee, maybe water could be available as well. I had to buy water from a vending machine. This is a Mercedes dealership. Please consider the demographic you serve and be a little more accommodating, please. More
Brought my car in for an oil and filter change a week ago. The tech said he could not reset the service reminder and the computer needed an update. Left the dealership and all was working. Sunday when ge ago. The tech said he could not reset the service reminder and the computer needed an update. Left the dealership and all was working. Sunday when getting gas I could not reset the trip odometer. Brought the car in to the service department and they found the reset selection button was bad. They replaced it at no charge. (My car is no longer under warranty). The service department was great and stands by their repairs! More
Even though I paid a steep price for my 60,000 mile service, I can say that I felt being taken care of.
