Luxury automobiles, deserve a high standard of mechanics...Mercedes-Benz of Delray fails to deliver for the most mundane service on my car. $177.00 for an oil change? and their amateur mechanics forgot to put the oil cap back on!! How ridiculous, and inexcusable. Waste of my time, with the car defiantly NOT driving the same since the oil spewed all over the engine. I should never have stopped into this dealership. The dealership was very nonchalant about the incident. I've taken great care to preserve my 2006 CLS 500, it's immaculate...the last thing I need is a Mercedes dealership handling my car the way this 'garage' did! This was an oil change, imagine if the car needed 'serious' work performed on it. I shall be looking for a Mercedes-Benz dealership that adheres truly to the standards of there brand, and withholds the worth ethic it's founders desired from inception back in 1926....MERCEDES-BENZ of DELRAY fails the customer on many levels!! I have a handicap van that I need daily and an light went on. The van only has 6500 miles and i was concerned. I called the dealership and the told me they would take care of it right away. As always we have worked with John Bradley for almost 20 years and are on our 15th Mercedes. The reason we make a point to use MB of Delray is because of the service and attention we receive.
