Terrible Service. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! NON RESPONSIVE! Called to make an appointment for an oil change and alignment. All service writers were busy and told someone would call me back. I called several days later and again no one was available to make an appointment for me. Finally the receptionist went physically to the service dept. and I was finally able to make the apptmt. Took my car in on Tues. was going to wait but told it woiuld be ready the next day. On Wed. I get a call from Melissa (svc. writer) that the car needed some parts, she was unable to identify which parts and told me she would call me later that day. She didn't call. On Friday, I called her and she told me the tech was out to lunch and she would call me with the info when he got back. Apparently, he is still at luch, since its been almost a week and nothing. I contacted Melissa and she said she was out with the flu. NO ONE ELSE WOULD TALK WITH ME. CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER 3 TIMES, HE NEVER ANSWERS HIS PHONE DEPSITE THE RECEPTIONIST TELLING ME HE IS ON PREMISES. THE SERVICE DIRECTOR DOESN'T ANSWER HIS PHONE DESPITE BEING ON PREMISES. THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS ALSO NOT AVAILABLE. This is my first and last experience with these people. They do not deserve my business and imo yours. Mercedes Benz service is nothing close to the service I received at Audi, not even close. SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS! More

Car is only worth about $12K after 7 years, but only 51000 miles, but MB wants $500 just to diagnose what I already know and so do they. Poor design, poor business practices and terrible value. I would recommending going elsewhere to buy a car and don't buy a Mercedes. More

SCAMMED ON EXTENDED WARRANTY I purchased a 2009 SLK350 July of 2016 was sold an extended warranty for $2628 Brought car in for AC issue on March 2019 was told that repair at a co I purchased a 2009 SLK350 July of 2016 was sold an extended warranty for $2628 Brought car in for AC issue on March 2019 was told that repair at a cost of $2,400 was not covered. I had a copy of the extended warranty that clearly stated that AC repair was covered since all 3 levels of service were checked on my contract that covered all 11 items listed ( or so I thought) please continue reading. When I went to the dealership they had a different copy of the service contract with only one boxed checked covering only the engine block. When I protested and asked for an explanation as to why my copy had all boxes checked none was given. Abviously the salesperson had me sign a copy that showed. I was covered for everything to sell me the policy. That employee is no longer there anyone else out there with a similar issue? I m sure I’m not the only one this happened to. When I went to pick it up the same problem still exists but a host of other problems like the blinker assist, the radio doesn’t work, the sound coming from the speakers is garbled, the lighting stoped working on and on and on!!!! What xxxx did they do there play around and screw every electronic component up! What a total bumble xxxx they left me with, they screwed up everything you can possibly imagine, I also told them I wanted my windows tinted while the car was there and they are so foggy looking I can’t see clearly out of them! What ta xxxx! I am really pissed off! They better get this xxxx fixed ASAP as I almost had a crash driving home because the blind spot assist was not working driving home! This is beyond unbelievable incompetence! More

I brought in my E350 for repairs following an accident (no frame damage, no engine damage, no airbags) involving the front of my car. They used aftermarket parts on my vehicle and the hood still doesn't close properly - I sent the car back five times to have them align it's still messed up. Now I noticed that the aftermarket windshield they used is cracking for no apparent reason and the trim along the windshield keeps popping off. Also, my new dealership notified me that they never installed a rubber seal the seals the windshield to the body. I can't believe the horrible service level this dealership provides - the frustration and time I wasted with them is criminal. On top of the horrible workmanship they are unpleasant and unprofessional - they never return phone calls or provide you with updates after they've worked on your car for 5 months. More
Service Department is a classless act! We have had windshield wiper problems since the day we bought the car which created a major safety issue in heavy rains. They spent four months and 9 applications of applying a chemical and steel wool to try to correct. This did not resolve the issue, as you can imagine using steel wool only left swirls and scratches across the windshield. Their next solution was to replace the windshield. Until we have rain we will not be able to see if this resolved the issue however they returned our new car to us with gouges in the hood and a dent in the quarter panel that were not there when we dropped the vehicle off. We were told that sometimes customers & dealerships don't "gel" and we could take the car somewhere else to be repainted and they would pay for it. They do not stand by their work, lack integrity and are extremely degrading to women. Mercedes Benz should be ashamed to have these people representing their brand! More
FRAUD ALERT THIS DEALER IS 100% A FRAUD I called this dealer for my dads Mercedes E350 for a new key to be made, spoke with parts the sent me to service, spoke w THIS DEALER IS 100% A FRAUD I called this dealer for my dads Mercedes E350 for a new key to be made, spoke with parts the sent me to service, spoke with Evon (service consultant) and he told me I had to tow the car in. I had the car towed there on a Wednesday, didn't hear from him till the following Monday with no updates but that they were going to look at it that day. He (Evon) called me the next day to tell me that I could not simply just get a new key, it would need a new steering column and a new ignition module for the car to turn on plus the new key. All of this would cost a bit over $3000. I told him I would just like to pick the car up as I am not willing to shell out that kind of money. At this point he proceeded to tell me that the diagnostic fee was $174 to pick the car up. I told him I refuse to pay that as he never advised me regarding this fee prior to performing it after a while of going back and fourth and Evon refusing to release the car without paying for absolutely nothing, I told him I would like to speak to a manager. At this point he agreed to remove the fee and told me I can pick up the car. The next day I went to West Palm Beach Mercedes and paid $252 at the counter for a new key, the key arrived 2 days later and I had the car towed from Delray Mercedes to West Palm Mercedes and they programed my key and I drove off the lot with the car without any issues at all. The car didn't need any of the B.S items Evon tried to charge me for. I called to speak to the GM but was unsuccessful as well as the service manager. I'm filing this complaint on every review/ complaint outlet possible. STAY AWAY FROM DELRAY MERCEDES, THEY ARE A FRAUD and THIS IS MY PROOF. More

If you outright own your car, and I do, and your car has been damaged in an accident, even if you're not at fault, your car will be at their AutoNation shop for at least 4 months and they will tell you, repeatedly (only after you've called them several times and have explained your car's "story" many times over to careless employees), "Your car will be done today...or tomorrow, I assure you!" I have been told, since May 23, 2017, that my car will be complete, 7 times now and it is, today, August 23, 2017. LAUGHABLE AT BEST. More
