My vehicle required a recall service and was found to have other issues in need of repair. I had Great experience with Service Manager Glen Castillo. I was referred to MB Delray by my personal service center. Needed transmission work on a 58,000 mile, CL550. My CL550 was in the shop for 4 months. Then I returned for warranty work on Dynamic seats. center. Needed transmission work on a 58,000 mile, CL550. My CL550 was in the shop for 4 months. Then I returned for warranty work on Dynamic seats. 12 days later, no repair. And worse, poor communication, both times. If I did not call, the car would still be there. On my invoice there are notes, I did not ask for and never declined any service. I did however decline warranty service additionals for my seats. So, I cannot give Delray MB and good recommendation. More
