Maintenace was performed as expected but, parts for recall had to be ordered from Germany. As usual, poor coordination on Mercedes' part in not having the parts available for dealership. This dealership should be investigated for fraud to many of their customers. I spent 3400 to repair my Ac and this visit was rude, just because it’s a ten year old R-350 with 95,000 miles.It was well kept a of their customers. I spent 3400 to repair my Ac and this visit was rude, just because it’s a ten year old R-350 with 95,000 miles.It was well kept and in excellent condition. This was my second visit with last year sand now ,both times telling me I needed my thermostat replaced for 1000$ to replace. Tried twice,except never came up after a 3500$ bill for ac replaced and never mentioned thermostat.I drove an out 30 miles and my check engine light came on, three functions.after this visit that was going to be way overpriced.they said that my right rear wheel speed sensor had to be replaced costing 1.4 hours costing over a thousand dollars. Do they get like 400?dollars an hour or was it 600$ an hour. Then the two items I brought it it for were never done. I’m not sure they even looked at what it was brought in for., but the magic thermostat need to be replaced! Meanwhile I drove this van from N.Y. and in our heat and not once has it ever overheated. Doesn’t sound like proper business practices are being followed.Anyone who knows a smitten about thermostats that trips I drove.and local driving know what would have happened! More to come! More
